This is a very nice place with friendly owners. I was in the area for work. The only thing better would have been a desk in the room. But I was able to do my paperwork in the common room which had a very nice view of the lake.

Driving into the middle of nowhere, I arrived at this amazing oasis, EVR, the heartland of ranch country. Beautiful log cabins and lodges situated on a green plateau looking up at mountains or across towards the Fraser river canyon. The food, the staff, and of course, Nan and Norm who have developed this amazing property. The staff, many of whom have been with Nan and Norm for over 12 years, are part of jewels that contribute to the pleasure of the ranch. I'm not a horse back rider but I loved the clean air, the fabulous Thai spa treatments (skin has never felt so good) and my favourite of all- the beautiful border collies that adopt you. The best experience was going on the Fraser Canyon excursion with Darryl, who's a very knowledgable guide and has a good 4x4.

This motel is old, however, it is well maintained. We liked the fact that we had outside access and our room was on the ground floor and had a patio so that we were able to sit outside. There is an onsite restaurant, which we didn't use, instead we drove into 100 Mile House and ordered pizzas and took them back to the motel and enjoyed them sitting outside.
