We arrived two hours ahead of normal check-in, but were handled immediately. The staff were very helpful in all was. Outstanding breakfast at a very modest price.

Really enjoyed our stayPosted Apr 6, 2015
Pros: Chalet with kitchen and privacy Horseback riding pool and games room Beautiful setting
Cons: We understand that upgrades are in the works and this would really up the resort
Location: Beautiful country, golf course nearby, horseback riding
Ideal for families. We stayed in a chalet and had so much room and privacy. When the kids were rowdy we didn't need to worry about disrurbing our neighbours. The full kitchen was great for breakfast and the balcony came in handy for our portable BBQ. The whole family enjoyed the pool and the family room where we played pool. Highlight for the kids was the horseback riding. Excellent We had lunch in the main lodge dining room and the price was excellent as was the food and service. All the staff was friendly and helpful. We would certainly go back.

It was a lovely hotel, rooms were not new but comfortable, rooms were tidy, however floors needs to be steam cleaned. But all in all a lovely place to stay

Good value for the price., would have stayed in one of there chalets with a view. We then would have had are own kitchen, fridge, etc., as you are a bit far from restaurants. Although there is one insight.

Great activities for kids and whole familyPosted Feb 6, 2015
Went with a young hockey team and would stay again -- the kids had so much fun ride on the tube sliding hill and loved the outdoor skating rink

Excellent stay...excellent staffPosted Jan 26, 2015
Pros: Hidden away from the highway, the staff was amazing, the buildings were ranch style
Cons: The parking, pretty tough, and icy but that was January conditions
Location: Hidden away about 1/2 mile from the highway. Horseback riding, snowmobiling, fishing, hiking, spa
We did a quick one night stopover on our way to Fort St. John. The accommodations were excellent, clean, quaint, large room. We had the second floor of one building. It appears to be a little ranch style property, with tons of summer and winter activities on site. I am actually thinking of booking a holiday there.

Hotel for outdoor activities not a quiet get away.Posted Jan 19, 2015
Pros: That It was close to both hockey arena's that we needed to be at, and that it was pet friendly.
Cons: Upgrade the rooms.
Location: Go into the small town, or take part in activities as long as you book ahead of time, not last minute.
The beds were old, shower tap didn't work properly, cleaning lady entered room while still there, and they cancelled my massage :(

Pros: Cabin style units.
Cons: Room needs maintenance and furniture upgrades. Fireplace was disappointingly electric.
Location: Location was central for our needs.
Satisfactory. Resort style suits the Cariboo style but room were disappointing.
