All staff were professional and friendly. We were greeted with a smile and information and service were provided warmly. The staff at the West Baltimore Hampton property are commended for making our stay an enjoyable one; so much that I'd recommend the hotel to friends and family and plan to include this hotel on my list of places to stay when I return to the area in the future.
The event that we attended was held at Martin's West. What a treat to be able to walk over to the venue, rather than drive! Great location!

Roger was very friendly, welcoming and helpful in suggesting places to visit and directions. He's also an excellent chef. Located a 5 minute drive from the Inner Harbor. The Hampstead room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Would def go back and recommend to others visiting Baltimore.

I stayed 5 nights in October, as I was having day surgery in a nearby hospital. The room (Randolph) was lovely, with an old-fashioned four poster bed, furniture and fireplace and a well-equipped en-suite. The breakfast each morning would not be large by American standards, but was always freshly made and very tasty.
When the landlady Tish learned of my surgery, she went out of her way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. This included installing and stocking a small fridge beside my bed, bringing me breakfast in bed on more than one occasion (my room was on the 3rd floor, and the stairs would have been a struggle), and checking in by email to see if there was anything I needed.

The B&B is spectacular---beautiful building, well designed rooms and spaces, high-end comforts, wonderful breakfasts, and hosts both friendly and accommodating. We spent a day in Ellicott City and then to Baltimore museums, Botanic Gardens and Little Italy--all 30 or so minutes away. Can't recommend more highly.
