My experience began with my early arrival at the hotel. I was warmly greeted by several members of the staff and was promptly checked in without any fuss. I stayed in a junior suite. A well stocked mini bar, kitchenette, dining table and sofa. Ample room for all my needs. The bed was extremely comfortable. Most importantly the best comfort in Bogota, HOT WATER. If you have spent any time at all in Bogota, water heated in a dark barrel on the roof is the norm. Thank goodness the water here is heated for real. The internet connection was stable and fast. The breakfast buffet had a selection of Colombiana delights that changed daily as well as having fresh squeezed tropical fruit juices. The restaurant also serves up an excellent menu for lunch and dinner and serves until 10 pm. I would have to say this hotel is a valuable gem and I will always stay here when I am in Bogota. I truly recommend to you that this hotel is a good decision for whatever reason you may be in town.

"Good North Bogota hotel, comfortable mini-suites"
Very quiet location, but 200 yards away there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Hotel is small but comfortable, very obliging staff. Reasonable rates so would recommend for an extended stay. No bar on site, breakfast was included in the rate.

This is the third time I have stayed here, and if coming back is a recommendation than repeat business is. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and always clean. Of course it is located right in the financial district with numerous good and great restaurants just walking distance around the corner. Being a smaller hotel, the staff gets to know you and is always gracious and making you feel at home.
The only downside is the complimentary breakfast. It is a buffet with many local dishes as well as typical american. If you come late in the morning, they do not always refresh the warm offerings and they can look dry. This is something that they could easily remedy.
Thanks for a great stay, I will return.
