Arriving by taxi, the Elaras entrance could easily be missed as it shares the entrance to the parking garage for theMiracle Mile shops.
An escalator takes you to the ground level where there is a modern, clean and clutter free reception area with a bar and a Starbucks. No restaurant but a walk through the automatic doors takes you straight into the Miracle Mile complex with lots of restaurants which (in general) provided good food at much less cost than other Strip locations.
Our one bedroom suite was on the 22nd floor and lived up to everything we hoped. Walking through the door there's a spacious and well equipped kitchen - unlike other suites we've stayed in the cupboards included plentiful pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. The living room has a large L shaped settee plus other chairs , but the real bit of fun is the 8ft video wall that cleverly transfers your TV programmes into cinema screen size.
There are floor to ceiling windows in both the living room and the bedroom. The thrill of opening them for the first time and seeing our view of the Linq and the replica Eiffel Tower was wonderful. And first thing each morning we could enjoy the same experience again as we used the Tv remote to open the blinds.
Other extras include the huge double spa tub in the bedroom, and a huge bathroom with 2 sinks, a double walk in shower and a washing machine/dryer.
The pool was clean and well laid out but the high rise buildings around it can limit the sun at certain times.
