"Pigeon Forge, Ramada North"
Great front staff. We simply were verifying location and Kim allowed us to beat the rush and check in early. Rooms very comfortable, enough space but not too much. Had updates in bath, surfaces of room, beds and pillows. Lots of pillows, and blankets were sandwiched between duvet covers which made me feel good about the linens. Room appeared cleaned, stocked, armloads of towels in bath room. I travel with my mother who has a suppressed immunity due to chemo and I am a lysol girl when I travel, but felt comfortable enough to not have to lysol anything when we arrived as their was a faint, clean scent of bleach in the air. Not overpowering, but you sensed that things had been wiped down. Had double queen room and we so pleased with two dressers, centrally located flat screen TV, microwave, and larger than regular fridge. Did not use pool or sauna but others in party did and thought was pleasant, but personal preference to have jacuzzi separated from pool. Breakfast time was great. It included waffles, eggs, gravy, biscuits, sausage, boiled eggs, 3 cereals, sweet breads, grits, oatmeal, 3 juices, coffee. Kept cafe tables cleaned and ready for the next group. Coffee and tea were available all day. Would not hesitate to recommend or return to this great hotel. Business center easy and printer was ready with paper. Did not access wi-fi. Elevator ran smooth. Hallways showed expected wear. Nice lighting in room with charger ports bedside. Lovely hot water and pressure.
