Booked Time Select after an exhausting hotel search of Santiago for 4 nights.
Glad I booked Time Select. Arrives close to midnight due to flight time, and very impressed with Guillerme? at front desk - very engaging, excellent English and very welcoming. Also Nestor? - extremely helpful and very accommodating when needing local assistance with transport, sites etc
Property is of great quality, and very quiet and upmarket location, within easy reach of the subway, malls and key city locations.
Rooms of great quality although few (very) minor irritations with the design of the room. Not enough accessible power sockets in usable locations, design of bathroom - toilet specifically - far too close to the wall and very tight leg space!
Housekeeping were a little frustrating, although cleanliness was excellent, they disposed of bags and paper which were not in the rubbish bin, and certainly were not looking like rubbish either! They also didn't replenish tissue which we felt was strange!
Continual Breakfast idea in the room is great, and gives great flexibility - would be quite nice to have some sweat pastries rather than the same read rolls every day, but otherwise no complaints.
Pool was closed which was a shame.
Would return and recommend no problem.

The staff of the hotel were nice enough to make me feel comfortable on it, the room was clean from the beginning and never had a problem with it. The food was not bad and there was no noise during the days I stayed in.

Great hotel - extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our room was a good size with a fine bathroom. Meals were simple, but ample! The free afternoon tea was delightful. A great introduction to South America!

This is a delightful small hotel situated on a quiet street in Providencia ---- an upscale district of Santiago. The hotel is situated about 12 minutes walk to Central Providencia with its many restaurants , coffee houses and Los Leones Metro station. Providencia is an extremely safe district in which to walk day and night.

My husband and I were booked into the Plaza el Bosque San Sebastian for 5 nights after flying from Australia and waiting to pick up a tour in Lima. On arrival we were immediately upgraded to a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was perfect for our stay. We had a small verandah which was pleasant to be able to go outside. Very comfortable king size bed and we slept well. The room was well maintained and the hotel is within an easy walk to a huge shopping mall and numerous restaurants. We felt very safe in the area and the staff couldn't do enough for us. The included breakfast is nice with quite a good range of hot and cold food. The staff all speak English and tours can be booked through the sister hotel Plaza el Bosque Ebro which is only a block away. All in all a great time and we would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a safe and clean place to stay in Santiago.
