Fantastic service, rooms were spacious and had top level appointments, from the Nespresso coffee machine to the comfortable bed and huge shower. I was there fro a two conference and the lunch provided was excellent with plenty of choices for me to eat (I'm Vegan).

Second time staying here. Make sure you book a couples massage, it's worth it. Found out at breakfast that some people had a complimentary continental breakfast. This would have been nice to been offered since we paid $80 for the two of us to eat breakfast. Luckily there is a little Italian restraunt 1/2 block away that serves breakfast for $10. For some reason the temperature in the room kept fluctuating. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

One of the most welcoming hotels ever. Staff went out of their way to make you feel at home. Room wasn't ready at 3 pm as promised, so it was free drinks at the bar, appetizers on the house, and a surprise chocolate covered strawberry pLatter delivered to the room that night. The room itself was awesome. Push of a button closed the drapes, and the TV in the bathroom mirror was over the top.

Needless to say the location was fantastic with great proximity to the city, across the road from the water and the train station, a mall underneath, restaurants, everything very handy. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We arrived much earlier than the allocated time and they gave us access to the room. The next day we had a night flight but not only did they give us a late checkout and store our luggage they also offered access to showers, pool area to freshen up before a long, long light home. Would highly recommend it (especially as we got it through Expedia at a fantastic rate! thank you)

The hotel is perfectly located for the range of Vancouver tourist activities. Although the hotel could do with some updating/renovation, the room was very comfortable and we would have no hesitation in returning. Mention should also be made of the young Chinese concierge who was particularly impressive in her knowledge.

I had a room with a kitchen and I took full advantage of it. The mini-mart adjacent to the hotel made it very easy to get my food supplies, and everything else I needed was in the kitchen...fridge with a large freezer, a large counter space, stove AND oven...complete with all necessary pots, pans & utensils etc. , with the bonus of a dishwasher.
I got excellent advice from the concierge in helping to find stores I needed, bike rentals and a yoga class (all within walking distance) in addition to taking care of restaurant booking.
Very friendly staff.
I plan to return.
