The only real drawback to this hotel/guesthouse was that someone had been smoking in our room and it reeked of stale tobacco smoke. There are "no smoking" signs all over the place, but obviously, with no on site management, this policy cannot be effectively policed. We arrived quite late and had there been any staff on hand we would have rejected the room.
Apart from that, the place was basic, but adequate. Clean, reasonably comfortable, reasonable self serve breakfast and convenient location. Not unreasonable for the low price but certainly no frills.
