A purpose-built seaside resort, Ixia lies on RhodesÂ’ north coast, three kilometres from Rhodes Town, and 11 from the airport. Along the coastal road is a string of large hotels set in landscaped grounds with pools. The long, narrow pebble beach is equipped with sunloungers, umbrellas and water sports facilities.
