We had a wonderful stay at Candlewood. Our room overlooked the NYC skyline and the Harbor. It felt like we were staying at a home away from home. We had a full kitchen, which was helpful for a quick breakfast before we headed to the city or to heat up a late night snack upon returning.
The hotel offers a courtesy shuttle to the 'path' train, however it is no more then a ten minute walk and then appox 10-15 mins on the path to the city.
The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful with any questions we had.
We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to save some money and enjoy some quiet while still being quite close to the hustle and bustle of the city.

Planned a weekend in New York City but didnt want to stay in the city. This hotel was right off the highway and minutes from the train station where you can park for 12 hours on the weekend for 9 dollars and a round trip into the city is 8 dollars. Didnt have to fight NY City driving and parking. Well worth the price of the room. Quiet location and comfortable. Will stay here again.
