"Very nice hotel, great staff!"
We really could not have asked for more during our stay. We flew in on a red eye flight from UT with an infant and a toddler, and we were exhausted! We had called ahead for an early check, but it had not looked promising and certainly not at 6:00 AM. But after an all night flight with 2 little ones, getting all our bags and 2 car seats to the car rental location, getting lost trying to find the hotel in the dark, and finding the hotel by accident, we were looking for the 24 hour WalMart, I took a chance and went in to ask for a room at 6:30 AM. The young man behind the desk took pity on me, I'm sure I looked wonderful at that point, and let us check in! I was so thankful to get a room, I took whatever they had available! By the time we got all our bags and the kids up to the room, my toddler was hungry, so we went down to the hotel restaurant for the breakfast buffet. The food was great and the staff was phenomenal! They were extremely helpful, friendly, and pleasant. Even though I was beyond tired, I was very happy and felt very fortunate to be able to check in so early and be treated so kindly at the restaurant. The rest of our stay was very nice. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the housekeepers were very nice. The only thing wrong was the fire alarm tests that were being ran during our first day, but we were so exhausted, that they were more of an annoyance then anything and the kids slept right through them. The hotel had been kind enough to warn the guests.
