We had a very nice experience in this hotel. All the staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms are a little bit small, but they have all what you need. The best is the location, if you are for tourism is close to a very special market mall and close to the port so you can chose a lot of things to do, and if you go for business, is downtown!! You have all the offices and companies you need.

The Nash was exactly what we were looking for! A central location in the mix of everything. We have not a single complaint about the room we stayed in or the service we recieved. For those that have never been to South Beach, every hotel needs work. They are all old and have been all have been rennovated several times. Plus, if you are going somewhere looking to to stay in the hotel the whole time, you have no business in Miami in the 1st place. My wife and I have been to Miami 6 or 7 times. We have stayed in the top two or 3 rated hotels on South Beach before and several others in between. The Nash is the best value on the beach. If you compare price, rooms, ammenities, staff, and location, the Nash would win for us, hands down.
Jaime, Evan, Jose, Benny, Jonathan, Reyneir, and the rest of the Nash staff are awesome. I want to definitely thank them for making our anniversary/ her birthday celebration a blast. We will definitely be back and the Nash will be our 1st choice.

For the price you pay, I have to say I pleased with the hotel, it was comfortable, and decor was nice and staff was helpful. Most importantly the location was perfect on Ocean Drive walking distance to the beach. Best place we stayed in Miami!

Let me say that I have never given a review before but felt compelled to write one after staying at the Edgewater. After getting off a cruise that ported in Miami I needed to book a hotel. Although I love the Besty Hotel I was reluctant to stay there because the rooms were small for the rate that I could afford so I booked an Oceanview room at the Edgewater. I proceeded to go to the front desk and ask about an early check-in since I was waiting in Starbucks with my luggage. The guy at the front desk informed me that there was a Superior Oceanview Deluxe room that was available immediately at no extra cost. The room was a one bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. They also had a rooftop with complimentary wine from 6-7pm. The only downside that I could see being a problem was the thin walls but other than that I enjoy my stay here and will definatately stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here in October/14. We had a lovely room with a big balcony and a great view of the ocean/beach and grounds. It was very nice and relaxing.
It's not that close to a lot of off-resort bars, restaurants, shopping, etc., so if you don't want to walk or take the bus/cab to South Beach it might not be for you, but we didn't mind the location.
