Having stayed in NY before and had a tiny room, this hotel room was bigger than expected. Our room was on the 11th floor, and was one of only 2 rooms with a window on 2 sides of the room. We had fantastic views of uptown and the west side. Although the room was bigger than expected, it was still a small room, with no wardrobe space to unpack, but not unexpected in this city. The room was clean, bathroom compact but nice. Breakfast was included, but would recommend eating outside. The eating area was virtually the corridor of the hotel. Tea and coffee were available 24 hours from the breakfast area as well as coffee in the room.

This little hotel is gem. Greeted upon arrival with a friendly man at the check in counter. He allowed me to check in early. I was super comfy in my room. I completely enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I will stay here again!

The hotel was recently renovated so everything was new and lovely. The room and bath were very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Very close to the train station and within walking distance of many restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Besides being confronted with the barking dogs, to be dropped off in front of someone's home was just too much for me. The room didn't even have a working TV, and the "no company" rule for a 35 yr. old is just ridiculous.
