"A comfortable place to stay!"
Thank you to the Managers and Staff for maintaining a very cozy place to stay! The room was exceptionally clean and had everything you may need! I would stay here again as it is comfortable, close to town and a good home base to explore!

"Nice cabin close to anchorage"
We stayed one night at the cabin. It was very nice! We arrived late but everything was prepared. The room is big enough for 3 of us and our luggages. Our daughter enjoyed the two-layer bed and we all enjoyed the breakfast. Highly recommend it!

Pocket Guide: Anchorage Palmer 2 stars Hotels

Palmer sits on the banks of the Matanuska River, 42 miles northeast of Anchorage. Although primarily a commuter community, the area has an agricultural heritage dating back to the New Deal and the founding of the Matanuska Colony. Palmer is perhaps best known as host to the Alaska State Fair, which is in turn famous for breaking word records in growing vegetables that are truly enormous.
