This was our second time visiting Pittsburgh and by far a better experience because of Shadyside Inn. The hotel is in a great location we only had to travel 15-20 minutes to all the places we wanted to go (Downtown, heinz field, etc.). Very friendly staff, we had a very late check in, so the friendly desk clerk along with a welcome goodie bag, made our day of traveling worth it. We stayed for 5 nights so the kitchen and apartment style room made us feel right at home. Room was exceptionally clean. Parking is a little tricky, but nothing too major. We will definitely be staying here for our annual trip to Pitt from now on.

I loved my stay at the Omni! The staff was nice, great parking, easy and fast check in and check out. The hotel was beautiful, classy, and was in a great location. I will be definitely staying there again when I get the chance, and I would highly recommend for anybody to stay there.

This was a beautiful hotel. My Fiance and I had lived in downtown Pittsburgh for many years. I planned to propose to my girlfriend in Market square, which sits next to the hotel. To make a long story short, we ended up staying at the Fairmont to celebrate. This hotel was the perfect place to stay in downtown Pittsburgh. Beautiful views, very luxurious, and the staff was extremely helpful. I don't think I would stay there on business or if I was in town alone, but to celebrate a special night in Pittsburgh you can't beat this location. I wish they had made a bigger deal about our engagement, but that's probably a little selfish on my part. All in All, If I could have done it again, I definitely would have stayed at the Fairmont.

Stayed there after a concert at the Consol. Well within walking distance to all the sports venues. Staff very nice and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Overall a pleasant experience. A little pricey though.

The location of this hotel cannot be beat if you are in town for a football or baseball game. Ample parking, modern clean rooms, pretty good complimentary breakfast buffet, reasonable rates - this is the place to stay. The staff was very friendly too.

We only stayed overnight so I didn't use any of the amenities, I would have liked some fruit and cookies and tea late at night and in the morning and a small fridge in the room. I would definitely stay here again. :)
