The Orchard Hotel is in a great location for exploring San Francisco. We walked through Chinatown, through North Beach and down to the Embarcadero. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were pleasant and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back when visiting SF.

Extremely helpful, courteous and pleasant staff. Needed a late checkout after an athletic event. Staff was extremely accommodating. Always felt comfortable and safe. Room was very clean. Mixture of travelers - business, families and athletes in town for a sporting event.

We were pleasantly surprised at how close the hotel was to everything we wanted to do and see...food shopping and sightseeing. The front desk staff was very accommodating since our flight was delayed and we were over 3 hours late checking in. The room was on the smaller side but since we didn't spend much time in our room it was perfect for us. We loved the duvets and the cleanliness of everything.
