Stayed here for two nights whilst touring the southern states and found it to be a great little base to explore St Augustine. Being family owned and managed ensures that the rooms and grounds are well maintained and spotlessly clean. We found that the staff were welcoming and have good knowledge of the local area. Unlike many chain hotels they are able to offer that personal touch. Although small by American standards our room was well equipped with comfortable bed and flat screen TV etc and as I said spotlessly clean. The Cosy inn is well located to explore the charming town of St Augustine being a short drive or pleasant walk into the historic centre. Added to its exceptional value for money I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We were visiting Saint Augustine and Amelia Island , therefore the hotel was perfectly located and immediately off of the interstate highway. Many restaurants and stores were closeby and the historic district was a 6 mile drive. The breakfasts were good and the eating area large enough to comfortably accommodate the patrons.
The staff was very friendly and helpful . I would return to this hotel.

I booked this motel for a quick trip to FL and we were going to be stopping at the St. Augustine's lighthouse for a ghost tour but the motels in St. Augustine were too expensive. I didn't know what we would find but to our surprise this motel was very nice. The room was clean, the continental breadfast was more like a full breakfast, the staff was nice, and the atmosphere was really great. Our second floor room turned out to be looking out over the pool and St. John's river and the sunset was gorgeous! We would recommend this motel to others.
