Nice hotel, convenient location. We spent our last 3 nights in Tokyo here and it was very comfortable. Lovely big rooms and fantastic views!

"Excellent boutique hotel with an amazing staff"
I stayed here for three days for a business trip, and the experience was nothing but amazing. Not as flashy as the Grand Hyatt, but cheaper, and in my opinion, a better value, especially if you book the premium room. What really took the cake was the staff: they were caring, comped a fair amount of stuff in-room and at the bar (a couple of servings of Hibiki 17 on the house? Okay!), and were always very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Roppongi.

"Great hotel & great location"
Extremely close to the subway station. Room was nice and clean. Pillows are slightly uncomfortable, but we still had many good nights' sleep. Highly recommended for Tokyo visitors as it's in a pretty central location, not too far from popular places such as Shibuya, Shinjuku & Akihabara.

"Very nice hotel close to subway and restaurants."
the staff was helping us navigate through the city. The hotel sells two day subway passes which is a great way to get around. A shuttle bus to both Narita and Haneda airport is in walking distance from the hotel which was very helpful

"Excellent value for the location"
My experience was generally good and I will come back, but it's important to note the following limitations: 1) My room was about 100 square feet (9 square meters) in size. In my room, there was a full size bed, a desk and a small bathroom. No Closet. The bed size was about 55 in × 77 inches or 140 cm × 195 cm. 2) There is only one elevator, so if you're on a high floor, your morning trip on the way down can take a few minutes. 3) As far as noise, my room was generally quiet. However, occasionally I would hear other guests in the hallway which could be loud if they are talking and standing near my door. Therefore, I would suggest trying to get a room away from the elevator. Remember, there is only one elevator, so people might be standing there for a few minutes waiting and will likely be talking. Once the people got into the elevator or into their rooms, I couldn't hear them. Noise from street traffic was also minimal, but I was on the 11th floor. 4) There was a clothes washer and dryer available on the first floor which was always available. This is a great convenience for an extended stay. 5) Miniature clothes irons and ironing boards are located in the hallways. I never used one, but they were available. 6) No gym or fitness center.

"It is a comfortable hotel to stay."
It was a pleasant stay. I didn't expect that our hotel was comfortable and convenient when booking it since we had heard that hotels are small in Tokyo. However, we were surprised by the hotel room and service.

"Good, bonus points if you like to run"
The best thing was the location. Close to anywhere you want to go in central Tokyo. The imperial palace is only a couple blocks away and is a fantastic place to go running and view the sakura. The room is fine for one person but probably small for two. Breakfast was pretty good.

"Stay here"
One of my favorite 'b' Hotels. I will stay in a 'b' Hotel anytime there is one, when I travel to Japan. They all seem to be very well located. This one has large bathrooms, and good breakfast, with outdoor seating. A good thing to know about thus location, is that there is an elevator from beside the TBS building to street level of the Hotel. This is great when you have luggage! Stay here!!

Pocket Guide: Tokyo Akasaka 3 stars Hotels

Posh hotels and a good selection of mid-range restaurants can be found in this area bordering Ginza’s northwest side. Sights in themselves, hotels include the New Otani complex, featuring a garden that was once owned by a Tokugawa regent, and ANA Hotel Tokyo, which has skyline views rivaling those of Tokyo Tower.
