Super relaxing holiday. Couldn't be closer to the beach. Beautiful clean sandy beach and crystal clear waters made this a great venue for reading, relaxing and swimming. Food was great and the staff were so helpful and happy it was just a wonderful time. Best suited for couples as children would get bored but for us it was awesome.

We booked this hotel as we needed an extra couple of nights on our stay and the other hotel we had booked could not accommodate us. Really glad we did as it gave us a chance to stay in this quiet place just outside the main bustle of St Johns. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially when I left my sun glasses in one of the taxis. They called them up and arranged for it to come back and drop them off.
Outside the hotel you look over McKinnon’s Pond towards the sea and there is a big supermarket nearby if needed so not far from Dickenson Bay or the Cricket Ground (which was why we were there). You can walk into St Johns but you may decide a taxi is a better option (we did). Well worth staying here if you prefer a quieter place to lay your head outside the resort locations.

Hotel, rooms, food, staff, pool, drinks, beaches all perfect. The only downside was that the hotel allows people to reserve sunbeds with towels in the morning. This was most frustrating as there were sunbeds with no one on them for most of the day. People would often reserve a sunbeds by the pool, go off to the beach for the morning and come to their sunbeds mid-afternoon. The hotel should ban this behavior to make it fairer for everyone. Apart from this everything was lovely and I would definitely recommend.

apartments are clean and well maintained. Bit isolated, great for couples, Coconut Grove Restaurant & Bar on the beach to the left served great food. There is Tonys bar on beach past sandals for great Carribean food. Italian Le Bussola taxi ride 5 mins or 15minute walk down the road was also good. Casino next door is going to have a restaurant soon, which would be another restaurant in walking distance. There is a Bar across the road that serves Pizza and burgers etc. only open in evenings also has crazy golf. Apart from that there is nothing else around the location of the Village. Overall my husband and I had a great relaxing holiday, is the first time we had stayed in an apartment and I was a bit concerned as to what to expect I am glad I was not disappointed and I can be quite funny when it comes to cleanliness etc., inspecting mattress and the like. We will definitely be back.

We were on our honeymoon and this certainly was a place for couples. I have never seen such a choice of food including breakfast. Yes there are birds but then you're pretty much eating outside. I work in customer service and I was wowed by theirs. Warm and very friendly atmosphere how they did all inclusive for the price who knows. Our room was spotless if a little tired. Air-con worked wonderfully in the room. Fruit in our room with a card (it was our honeymoon) if the hotel changes to a beaches resort let's hope it doesn't lose its charm and personal service. If I could give 11/10 I surely would. Great food great people great time.

We stayed at Siboney for two nights only at the end of our holiday in Antigua and truly enjoyed the time there, primarily due to its convenient location just on the beach and the cosy facilities. The hotel rooms are not super spacious but were just the right size for two. The hotel has its own allocated portion of the beach (although it is open to everyone) and is next to the famous Sandals and some other resorts, as well as right next to a long 'deserted' beach, i.e. without hotels along the coast - so great for an evening stroll or running. It also has a nice bar/restaurant on the beach with decent food and nice cocktails. Staff is very friendly too! Oh, and they have a small outdoors pool in the yard which was a nice addition to the great sea.
Overall, had a great time and would recommend for a quiet holiday.

Our fourth time at Hawksbill. Still in love with it and although just got back last evening, can not wait to return. It has four wonderful beaches. our favorite is Eden Beach. It is a very natural setting which is basically empty. 3/4 of a mile long it sits in a peninsula. We spent the most of our two weeks sunning in its privacy. We saw at most 10 folks walk by during the entire time.
The hotel is very simple and rustic, it is not for everyone. The food is good. I managed to gain 10 pounds despite exercising every day. The rooms are simple with no TV or Internet. there is WIFI in the lobby only. It is perfect place to get away. No TV no news for two weeks. Staff will become your friends. William, Millie, David and ? Andrewthe bartenders get to know you and prepare your favorite drinks as they see you walking up to one of the bars.
The guests are mostly European which allows for eclectic, engaging conversation.
If you are looking for a place to totally relax and don't mind rustic yet clean facility this is the place to go. The saying is that you never go to Hawsbill just once. We met folks who have been there 7-28 times and we heard of a couple in their 90's who have been there more than 40 times.

"Nice Hotel, Beautiful beach with clear, warm water"
We booked Jolly Beach as it allowed for a family vacation as well as couple get-away!! We booked the Junior Suite which is based on the quiet end of the mile long resort/beach. It's small walk away from the entertainment areas, main eating areas, and the family, super saver and standard rooms.
The Resort is what you would expect from a well established resort. It is kept maintained and clean at all times.
The All-inclusive food is your basic: Pasta, veggies, chicken, pork, fish and beef served in different forms on a daily basis. The breakfast is also your standard eggs, bacon, beans, potatoes and pancakes. You can enjoy the Jerk Chicken and fries at the Beach Hut Located by the main family pool/pool bar. The Resort as 3 restaurants that are a must to try and are included in the all inclusive package, you just have to book a table a day prior. The Italian restaurant was comparably better than the Seafood and Indian. However the desert, bakery and fresh fruit range is amazing!!!
There are a range of activities to do on the beach, like sailing & kayaking. Lessons and life vests are provided!!
The Beach is clean, the water is warm and clear. Beautiful shades of blues alongside a white soft sandy beach. beware of the Seashells though!!
The staff deal really well with request and any complaints you may have.
The only issue we came across was the air-conditioning. Some rooms have individual AC units and others a air-cooling system, which do not cool the rooms enough.

So many good things I can't begin to express how incredible it was... Staff is equal to a 5 star hotel... They upgraded our room free of charge... They showed us over the marina, etc etc etc I mean their attentions to us are endless... Only problem was wifi was down but they are working on fixing it... So I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Antigua. Just remember to rent a car so you can explore the island easier...
