I spent 9 nights in a suite at the resort and it was a pleasant experience that we are considering going back there on our next vacation. My comments are positive, except the issue of internet which I believe is very expensive. As my trip was off the internet was not essential but needed to stay connected to my family and office.

Upon arrival it rained in Aruba.
Our room was flooded. The staff responded with a smile and very helpful with our new room. After dinner we returned to a bottle of chilled wine, soft drinks and 2 T-shirts.
We enjoyed our stay and will return to the Divi Dutch for our next vaction in Aruba.
Highly recommend the resort and praise for the staff.

Although we were there in the rainy season (Oct-Dec) there was hot sun every day with some occasional rain that didn't last longer than a couple of minutes. The beach was beautiful and quite big. The pool was warm and very clean. The all inclusive aspect was great--no need to carry money around the hotel for food and drinks. It was a great vacation.

As other reviewers have pointed out this hotel is still under construction. We didn't have any issues with noise. Progress is being made, the pool bar opened while we were there. When we were there about 10 rooms in the first building were available. It was nice, as it was so private, but of course very quiet. We like clean and modern (style / furnishings) - and both apply here. We would certainly stay again, but we always have a rental car in Aruba. I give it an overall 4 because I don't think there will ever be an exciting vibe. Great place to stay, great views from all rooms and even the pool, but you need to go down the road a bit for a great beach as the beach across from the hotel is smaller.
We had two rooms during the stay, a 2 bedroom (3rd bedroom locked) and a 1 bedroom (2nd bedroom locked). If you can try to get into the 3 bedroom unit, it was much more spacious and better floorplan. If you are just going for a one bedroom unit try to get the master bedroom opened - the shower in the master has a great rainfall showerhead.
Every time we used the pool it was our private oasis (which will change). The smaller pool is a walk-in shallow pool great for kids. The other has steps and probably a maximum depth of 4 feet. Great ocean view even from the pools.
We have stayed in 5 properties in Aruba including La Cabana, Marriott Surf and Ocean Clubs and would pick Blue Residence over all of them.
