The Jerome absolutely 'made' our trip to Aspen not just fun and enjoyable but memorable and delightful. The place itself is really unique. Themed bar 'the Library' and super fun bar the J Bar had terrific food and drinks. The room was the basic room with king bed but was huge by comparison to a normal hotel room. Bathroom with double sinks and long countertop, full bathtub and oversized shower. Service at the hotel is really what sets it apart. We would definitely return there. We dined at the Little Nell and thought it was also really terrific, but the overall atmosphere of the Jerome is more to our liking. We were delighted with our pick of the Jerome. The fact that it is an Auberge property made us hope for a phenomenal experience and we thought it was perfect.

We took our grown up children and their partners on a holiday to experience Colorado. This was our second stop and we stayed for two nights. I wish we had planned a longer stay as the area is stunning with wonderful views, plenty to do and a spacious very comfortable hotel to return to. We drank wine on the terrace before taking the mini bus into town for an excellent dinner.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at the Innsbruck.. Although there are only two of us, for the 2nd year, we rent a 2 bedroom/3 bath unit as we love the extra bathrooms and overall space. Furniture is very nice as is decor. Kitchen is very well stocked and bed is very comfortable. Fireplace is a nice touch and they provide humidifiers to help with the dry mountain air. Huge shower/steam room and a large soaking tub in our unit. Washer/dryer in each apartment is a nice touch. Service is amazing. At night we never drove anywhere as they provide free shuttle service to and from restaurants (ski slopes as well) by a group of really helpful gentlemen. They have a lot of extras we haven't yet used: pool, hot tub, game room, party room, etc. Funny thing is we actually have use of a free condo in Snowmass but would rather be close to all Aspen offers. Innsbruck really adds to our yearly stay in Aspen.
