Staff was fantastic and friendly, and the room was very comfortable with a large balcony (well worth paying a little extra for). A perfect location from which to visit the Gothic quarter and La Rambla.

Lovely clean hotel. Friendly helpful staff who speak English. Rooms are very clean with shower over bath, hairdryer and TV. There is a small fridge with drinks and chocolate which is chargeable. Good comfortable beds which are well made up each day. There is a small safe for valuables but you need a key from reception and there is a charge for this facility. Small drinks bar in reception with seating area. It has a restaurant which serves buffet style breakfast as well as evening meals if required. Small decking area at rear with leisure pool and jacuzzi. There are plenty of restaurants/cafés in the area within easy walking distance. Well worth returning to.

We stayed two nights at the hotel and were very impressed. We wanted to be near Las Ramblas and the hotel was only a five minute walk. The location was great and the staff were all very helpful...we do not speak Spanish and the staff members' English was very strong. They provided us with information on the area, directions to sites we wanted to visit. They printed documents for us when we needed them. The hotel was very clean, the room was very comfortable and modern. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Friendly and helpful staff. Double glazed rooms so no traffic noise. User controlled air conditioning. Clean comfortable rooms. A minutes walk to the subway station and 4 quick stops to the centre of town. Also able to get the train to the airport from the same station. Small supermarket over the road. Negatives, no tea and coffee makings or kettle in the room. Hotel bar closed at 12 midnight. We will definitely stay here again this hotel is a bargain for the money we paid.
