I took a chance booking this for our visit to Yellowstone. It was appealing from what I seen on the website..most importantly I could book a room for 5 people...us and our 3 children. It was a bit a drive...but an absolutely beautiful drive that was well worth it. When we arrived we had spent the night traveling from California and the entire day in Yellowstone..needless to say we were beat. Unbeknownst to the super polite girl at the front desk..it was also our 16th wedding anniversary. It was pretty late and she politely answered all of my questions..told me that they had upgraded our room to a suite and gave us a menu to a pizza place that delivered until 10. I could have hugged her..I think I told her that. She apologized for the flight of stairs..it was 1.5 flights..not a big deal!!! and pointed us on our way.
You ever see that commercial where the family is walking down the hallway..one kid has puked, the other lost his shoe and the teen girl is completely uninterested in the whole trip..(well that's not our family)
BUT when we opened the door and seen that Room we had a moment from those commercials!!!! It was oh so nice. It was a suite with a living room, dining and kitchen area with 2..yes I SAID 2, did I mention 2 en-suite master bedrooms. It was super clean, had natural body products and to top it off..the pizza place brought over real homemade tasting pizza, calzones and a Greek salad that was spot on. Breakfast was great and included. One awesome trip!! Thanks!

"Nice hotel right by the west entrance of yellowsto"
We had 6 people, and it was big enough for everyone. Nice fireplace, big bathroom, and kitchenette was perfect for our needs. All the necessary kitchen items were provided and it was great! Lovely log house style rooms and we all enjoyed our stay! Thank you!!

For the price we paid, the condition of the Big Horn condo was extremely dissappointing. The decor clearly had not been updated since the mid-80's. No money had been spent on upkeep, so a number of things were broken, such as the garage door, the coffee table, the fireplace glass screen, and the latch on the back door. About half of the lightbulbs were missing from the lamps when we arrived. There were big rips and stains in the comforters and shams on the beds. The couch was so worn that the cushions kept collapsing, and the couch blanket was ratty and torn. I was really quite horrified that we spent so much money to stay in such a poorly maintained condo. To top it all off, there was no internet in the condo, which is somewhat of an expectation in this day and age. The owners and the resort should be embarrassed.
