Very "authentic" apartments in Palermo. It is not a "hotel" in the typical sense in that there is no front desk or lobby area. They are apartments which can be confusing when first arriving. Be ready to call upon arrival so someone comes and gives you key. They overbooked when i was there but put me up in a really modern and nice place a couple blocks away, however did get to see what would have been my room. Like I said it was very charming and what I would expect a typical local's apartment to look like.

We had read other reviews and based our stay off this - amazing boutique hotel. I usually stay in the big chains, but they were priced too expensively in BA to make it worth my while, also not located in the lovely palermo area.
The atmosphere at the hotel was great. The french owner was very friendly to us, and appears that a lot of the staff speak french. 2 lovely ladies helped us throughout our stay in addition to the owner who helped scan some documents etc
If the owner is reading this the first lady helped us for the first 2 nights with our restaurant choices. Campbravo was amazing, and by showing the card the hotel gave us we ended up with 2 free glasses of champage each!
The second lady made no hassle of booking us a remis at the end of the trip and also giving us general info about the area. Both were extremely helpful and really felt like friends right from the get go.

This is an incredible bed and breakfast on a quaint cobblestone side street in Palermo. Having stayed in Buenos Aires multiple times, I was shockingly pleased by the tranquility and attention to detail. I know where to stay when I come back!

Very good and more for the price paid via Expedia (less than US$ 50). The room was large and nice, the bathroom was also big and thought for two persons (two sinks). Everything was in good order, and the room even had a microwave and a small fridge. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitively stay there again.

I loved the place because it had all the needs for a traveler: fridge, utensils, cups, plates... also, the location was great. It was right in the middle of Recoleta and Microcenter, and thus both locations were walkable. There is a super market right downstairs should you wish to cook for yourself. The only thing I would say about it is reception hours were erratic when I went (but somewhat understandable, as it was during new year´s). Two things to be weary of: they charged me for an additional day even though I only stayed 4 nights and left early 5th day morning. I have yet to appeal this. Also, don´t trust the taxis that they call for you: always use your best judgment even if the taxi was reception called!

Hotel very central to main walking shopping street. From our first day until our last staff very helpful and friendly with most able to speak very good English. Front reception staff extremely customer service orientated throughout our stay.
Hotel rates we found very acceptable with a more than adequate breakfast provided within that rate.
Hotel is not new and needs minor improvements ie new power sockets in some rooms otherwise clean and tidy.
Would stay at this hotel again should i travel to Buenos Aires

Small hotel with friendly and courteous staff made for a very pleasant stay. Rooms are small but clean and comfortably appointed. The hotel is within easy distance of small, family-owned restaurants and the staff was always helpful with transportation suggestions.
