"It has improved a lot since the last time I stayed"
I stayed here 7 years ago when the hotel was named Baronne Plaza, back then it was too loud and I remember we could hear what the couple next to us was doing with the music they were playing. All of that was gone this time and I highly recommend it.

We arrived really early planning on leaving our luggage and coming back closer to check-in time, but was pleasantly surprised that they had a room ready for us. From that point on...can't say enough how happy we were with our choice of Hotel. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay great. Perfect location...room was nice & clean...bed comfy. The free breakfast everyone morning a plus !!! We loved N'awlins !!! and plan on returning and will definitely be a repeat customer. ;)

This beautiful hotel ticked all the boxes. Clean rooms with fridge, wi-fi, etc, friendly & efficient staff, excellent location that is walking or tram distance to most areas of action/interest. The interior designer is to be congratulated - the attention to detail throughout this recycled building creates a sense of quality and completeness.
All this said - imagine the surprise of being provided with paper plates and very cheap plastic utensils for breakfast. It's the little things that can spoil a great impression so it's hoped this was just a temporary situation.

We stayed in this hotel for one night during the week leading up to Mardi Gras and we had an excellent experience. The hotel staff was friendly, they brought our continental breakfast right to our room in the morning and even surprised us before we left with local chips (Zapps) and doubloons to get us in the Mardi Gras spirit.
My only complaint was that their valet parking was not functional during Mardi Gras. This was not a huge deal for us (we parked at Harrahs where 30 minutes on the slots gets you free parking), but it would have been nice if the receptionist had told me this when I asked about the valet parking several weeks prior to our stay.

We snagged a room here late the night of. It was a beautiful room with huge ceilings right on the corner of the building. We had stayed in the French Quarter a few nights before and realized this joint was closer to most of the happenings and much cheaper. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't get a chance to check out the digs too closely but we plan to stay at the Pelham next time we roll through the Crescent City. The only thing that bummed me out was the road noise, but there isn't much that the staff can do about that. Great place, highly recommended.

we stayed here for Mardi Gras weekend. It was an excellent location to Bourbon Street and all of the parades in the area. The one down side was trying to check in on Saturday night, we could not get to the hotel for 3 hours because of blocked off roads.
The hotel staff were friendly and the WOW Cafe had good service.

We arrived early and were able to check our bags with the Bellman while we enjoyed lunch. All the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. On our last night a clerk made arrangements for our Taxi to the airport in the morning. It was a great stay and made our vacation great!

I really loved this hotel. It's a smaller boutique hotel so doesn't have the amenities of a larger hotel but these are easily offset by the spacious rooms, quiet zen-like atmosphere and modern feel of the space. It was a great place to "come home to". They have a ready set of recommendations where the staff goes which I enjoyed. It's spot in-between the French District and Warehouse district, each only a couple blocks away. So museums were an easy walk as well as jumping across Canal to the French District. Then coming home to the quiet space just a bit off the beaten path. I think my room was the one they used for the pictures, it was an exact replica. I love modern design so this was like home to me and the dual-head showers were just the thing after a long day in the heat! Their sister hotel is less than a half-block away and delivers anything you need to your door at your request. The view from the room was splendid (3rd floor). The staff was gracious and welcoming, I would definitely stay here again. I am a single traveler who prefers to be off the beaten path and this hotel suited me perfectly. The sister hotel has a great craft cocktail bar, check it out while you're there!

The bed is so comfortable and the one bedroom suite us very roomy. The continental breakfast includes fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, grits, eggs, sausage, potatoes, some times pancakes. Evening snacks include free beer and wine. The hot tub is very hot and the pool is freezing. Kylie the concierge is a firecracker and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed all our excursions.
