Have stayed at Dai Ichi Annex 20+ times over the past decade. Hotel is always clean and staff is very friendly and accommodating. It is very conveniently located near Ginza area with access to subway and trains.

I had a little trouble finding it because it doesn't always come up on Google Maps. This is probably due to the fact that it is still so new. This was an excellent hotel. I stayed four nights. It was convenient, clean and safe. I would return again.

As with almost all Japanese people I found the Staff ultra efficient, friendly and helpful.
The rooms were compact but were not at all small compared to other hotels in Japan.
There were several places to buy food as well as convenient stores such as FamilyMart nearby.
About 2-3 mins walk to Hanzamon Tube/Underground station.
Post office where you can use your debit/credit card to withdraw money was also near the hotel.
Really nice hotel and very convenient with pleasant staff.
If I have the pleasure of visiting Tokyo again I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The toilet was space-age. The service is friendly. The hotel is in an alleyway, but it still felt safe during the night. You can see the hotel sign from the station (in Japanese) and there's a 7-11 and places to eat in the alleyway. We requested a room on a higher floor, because we were concerned about train noises, but it turned out not to be a problem, because the trains stop after midnight everyday. It's a great place to stay if you're looking forward to visiting all the manga and anime stores in Akihabara. Note that to get to the hotel, you need to take the showa-dori exit, but to get to the otaku area, you need to take the Electric-Town exit from the train station.

Extremely comfortable rooms with a nice Japanese touch. Loved the communal massage chairs. Short walk to Suidobashi Station which is great for any JR pass holders. An easy 5 mins train ride to Akihabara. Very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

"Nice hotel, great views, close to public transit"
We stayed for 10 nights and it was our base for exploring Tokyo and the surrounding areas. We had a room on the 14th floor (out of 17) so the view was incredible, although we were facing the city more than the imperial garden. The rooms don't start until floor 7- it is banquet halls and other things below that - so I'm sure most rooms on lower floors would have a good view too. The room was definitely on the small side, but we were perfectly comfortable. At home we sleep in a full sized bed, and I would say the bed in our room was a little smaller than that, so if you are used to a queen or king you might feel a bit cramped. Also, the mattress felt strangely hard and springy at first, and I thought it would be difficult to sleep on since I prefer a softer mattress, but it actually was quite comfortable, especially after getting used to it for the first couple nights - maybe this is just the kind of mattress they have in Japan?
The location could be more central to the downtown areas, but it is only 2 blocks from Hanzomon station and perhaps a 10 minute walk to another station (Nagatocho, I think). There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance of the hotel, too (we really liked a nearby noodle shop called Ibuki). The staff was very friendly and helpful, though their English was somewhat limited. We enjoyed our stay - no complaints!
