"Fab"
Awesome location. Rooms were compact but stylish. Great shower, which matters. Helpful with recommendations for dinner, reservations for the Vatican and transfers. Afternoon tea was a pleasant calm at the end of a day's sightseeing.

"Great location and great staff!"
This hotel's staff was always pleasant and very helpful. All spoke English. The breakfast had plenty to choose from and we always left feeling full. The room was clean and quiet with its own bathroom. Public transportation is very close by. We were also within a ten minute walk to many sights and churches, including the Colosseum and St. Peter in Chains. The neighborhood is a mix of tourists and locals with an amazing number of restaurants, cafes and gelatto shops all charging a slightly lower price than nearby more "touristy" neighborhoods. There are also many shopping areas within a short radius of the hotel.

"Nice hotel near colloseum"
Parking is horrible, but everywhere in Rome sucks for parking. Besides that, it was a cozy hotel for our stay. They spoke decent English which was nice considering most people didn't. Hotel was also pretty warm considering the cold weather, we didn't need heaters. Breakfast was included and was enjoyable food at that. We sat in the sun room which was cozy and quiet. Definitely recommend it.

Pocket Guide: Rome 3 stars Colosseum Independent Pet-friendly Hotels

The heart of Ancient Rome, all roads led to the Forum. Visitors flock here to walk the streets where Julius Caesar once trod when this was the centre of commercial, political and judicial life. Nearby, the Colosseum, described by Lord Byron as 'the gladiators' bloody circus', is the world's most famous amphitheatre and the most impressive of all Rome's buildings and ruins.
