My experience at this hotel was fairly good. It was clean and tidy and located near two major avenues. I found nothing wrong with the hotel itself, the only downside is that there are no restaurants or major groceries within walking distance. If you have no car, you've got to take the bus (or taxi) to get where you can buy food.
There is a convenience store (called oxxo) that you can walk to. It would take a 10- 12 min.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here to celebrate our birthdays! This place was awesome! Staff was so friendly and Luis offered us the best customer service. Very clean! The cleaning lady even placed my things in order, since I threw my stuff all over the room to explore the city! Breakfast was really good and healthy! You really don't have to worry about taxis. We walked to la Fuente the oldest cantina, took a ride around the block on the horse and carriage, visited the cathedral and tlatepaque was only 10 minutes away. The best part is that on October 11&12 you can see the parade of people who are walking from Guadalajara to zappopan from your balcony! amazing!
