Whilst the hotel itself was a little dated in decoration, it was impeccably clean. Staff were kind and helpful, and their restaurant recommendations were spot on. We were able to walk all over this lovely old town. The roof has a covered patio area and the views are incredible.

The hotel is centrally located, close to the beach, bus and train stations. There is also a park across the road. The owners were very helpful and printed out information for us. The food was excellent, as were the staff. A very clean and comfortable hotel, Good restaurants are also close by. We would certainly stay here again.

The hotel is ideally located being just over the road from the beach and a few minutes walk from the shops & restaurants. The train station is a 10 minute walk away at the top of the road and has frequent services to other nearby towns.
Like many hotels in the resort, it is small but the rooms are very clean, the staff/owners very helpful and friendly and the food is very good.
Viareggio itself is a nice smallish seaside resort with a lovely beach although like many Italian resorts sunbeds are obligatory even for just a couple of hours. The sea is also teaming with jellyfish although this didn't seem to worry most people. A good base to explore the local area.

We spent one night at the Villa Pardi. My only complaint is I wish our stay was longer. The location is beautiful and the building itself is stunning. You are close enough to Pisa and Lucca to easily explore these two cities, but you are out in the country and able to enjoy the panoramic views.
The rooms are very comfortable. We needed an extra bed for our child, and it was quickly brought up and set up.
Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was amazing.
Cynthia was amazing. She was so welcoming and helpful, and went out of her way to answer our questions. She gave us ideas on what to do both in Pisa and in Rome and her recommendations were spot on.
Thank you for everything. Our time with you was too short.
