A boutique hotel in a quiet boutique street. An affordable option to hosting my sister visiting from interstate. She could explore the museum and city parks and galleries while I went to work. Great access to the Tan for a jog to start the day then stroll to the river to watch the ducks and rowers as the sun went down.

As I was arriving at 6.30 am by Bus from Adelaide, I required a room straight away so that I could have a shower and a sleep after travelling overnight on the bus. The staff were very helpful in providing an early check in and a quiet room for me.
Thank you once again. Handy location to city MCG etc etc.

"Nice...close to city and trams just outside door"
Our room was very quiet...no traffic or other noise at any time. Plenty of hot water and with the option of turning on the air conditioner at our convenience, made the stay very comfortable. Lovely and clean. Enjoyed our stay and would go there again. Our view from the balcony was just a brick wall but that didn't bother us, we were visiting the attractions and shopping all day, not looking out the window, it just added to our privacy. Convenient entry procedure on arrival if it is after office hours, no trouble to pick up the key. But you must have a mobile phone to make this initial contact.

The staff are very pleasant and ready to assist in all matters affecting the stay. While dining in their restaurant, one of the staff ladies kindly brought me a glass of water, without even being requested to do so, as I experienced an annoying cough. I thought this was a very thoughtful and caring act!
I was provided with caring and supportive assistance to print out my boarding pass for further travel by a very pleasant, helpful administrative staff member. They even assisted me with travel to the Melbourne airport, providing me with efficient limousine service for an early flight to Adelaide. I was totally impressed with the friendly, pleasant service and lovely, relaxing environment with a pool for recreation that this hotel provided.
The professionalism of the staff, both administrative and support staff provided is to be recommended to all people.
