I have stayed at this hotel before and always found it to be satisfactory. This year it was quite noisy until late at night and again very early in the morning. Evidently there was an outdoor rock concert along the river near the hotel. The hotel staff did not advise me of this until I was checking out the next morning and placed me in a room facing the concert venue. I needed to get to bed early because of a an early morning event the next day. Had I not brought my own earplugs out of habit, I would not have been able to get to sleep until after the concert ended (11:15pm). I was up very early the next morning so the screaming baby in the adjoining room did not bother me much. However this young one was screaming at the top of their lungs at 5:45am. I understand that there is not much anyone can do about an upset child, but the perhaps the hotel staff could have put this family in a room at the end of a hall where they would have had only common wall.
