We were in Mulhouse for 2 days. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and a lot larger then what we were expecting after the hotels in Paris. Hotel is just a few minutes walk from downtown, with easy access to lots of restaurants.

We found it a hard place to find as it is in the part of the city that does not allow for cars. After a hour and a half we found the street that lead to an underground parking facility and my frustrations departed. Once in the hotel, we loved it. The staff was very helpful. They served a nice breakfast. It was right by the Christmas market, post office and good restaurants.

Generally good with friendly and helpful staff.
Tip: Use the address of an adjacent road or coordinates if using TomTom! The Hotel address will lead you astray.
Food good and restaurant has been restored. If only the rooms were as nice! They are dated and need uprating to the 21st century with showers etc.

I was at this hotel a few years ago and it was allright, coming back recently I found the room to be not just basic, but really poor. Small old room in need of a renovation, the bathroom in particular.
Then there is always the possibility that they gave me the worst possible room, in France it happens when I book through Expedia uk.
Reception was quite good, but didn't like the fact that the hotel is left unattended during the night, no reception, no night guardian, no cameras in the parking. Zero security at night. And the night guardian is now available even at much cheaper hotels like premiere classe.
