We were looking for a good, but not overly-expensive, hotel midway between the Oktoberfest grounds and the Central Train Station in Munich. We were pleased to find the Adagio still available, reasonably priced and ideally located! We chose a studio apartment for our 17 night stay and were extremely pleased with the clean, neat, contemporary appointments. A complete kitchenette, comfortable furniture and eco-friendly systems made for a space that exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and responsive and made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. We WILL stay here again!!!

A great hotel located in a quiet part of Munich yet the centre is easily accessible by the U-Bahn nearby. The hotel itself is a great idea having suites which are ideal for families complete with a separate toilet and bathroom, microwave, fridge and a small sink area. The huge bed is screened off from where the kids pull out beds are so the adults can watch TV without disturbing the kids too much if they don't want to go downstairs to the (reasonably priced) bar area. The rooms have proper black out blinds in all the windows and there was ample storage space and power sockets - something that kept everyone's gadgets topped up and the kids happy. The staff were most helpful and assisted when our hire car was damaged overnight by another car. The parking is free offsite on the side roads in what is a mixed office and residential area. There didn't seem to be any restrictions on this but it can be a bit tight, hence the bumper scrape we received! All in all I would recommend the hotel to any family looking for somewhere cheap to stay and use as a base to explore the area.
