The hotel is located in an amazing position from which it is possible to look at the sea, the bay of Pozzuoli, Miseno, Procida and Ischia. Our staying was magic and the staff were helpful and polite.
If you would like to enjoy a glimpse of an amazing view, I suggest you to come to Mini Hotel.

Naples hotels can be hit or miss but HRP is a must stay! Not only is it located in a safe but authentic part of town, the staff is extremely helpful! I have traveled all over the world and stayed in many, many places and cannot recall a more personal and genuinely helpful staff. Massimo, Nick and the other great gentlemen whose name escapes me at the moment, were wonderful throughout our stay last week - thanks, fellas!

I can't say enough about this hotel, the staff were amazing at helping us out with some issues we had, all very friendly, the room is great, the mini-bar prices are unbelievable, the breakfast was great, everything about our stay was perfect. If you want to stay in the historical centre of Naples, stay at Il Convento!

From the moment we arrived we felt in good hands. The staff were friendly and very helpful going out of their way to sort out visits or transport. The continental style breakfast was good value. The location is excellent, the historic centre is just outside the hotel, via Toledo is less than 5 mins walk and the port (for travel to Ischia, Capri, etc) is 15 mins walk away. The room was clean and nicely presented. We had a lovely stay and the next time we are in Naples will be looking to stay here again.

Honestly it was my first trip to Italy and I spent 2 days in Naples. This hotel was reccomended and I can only agree. Its out of the city but not too far away. It would be a good idea to have your own car handy or at least have taxi etc. Workers and hotel crew were very kind and homely. They speak English enough to communicate comfortably and offer site-seeing advice. Pool and tennis courts are great and the view at night is Beautiful. Rooms are not luxurious but very comfortable and provides you with all you need.

Second time here - gorgeous palazzo with an amazing breakfast room (the old banqueting hall?). Simple, modern renovation, with high beamed ceilings - I was very happy to come back. Staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful - especially after I'd stuffed up my Expedia booking - a phone call and it was all sorted. Can't wait to go back.

The hotel rooms are opulent and decorated in 19th century Neapolitan style - but also have air conditioning and en suite bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfasts are generous; there are also plates of (free) Neapolitan savouries or pastries in reception in the evenings. Many of the staff speak good English, and were unfailingly helpful throughout our week-long stay. The internal (courtyard) rooms are quieter than the rooms fronting onto the street, but there are shutters and noise isn't really a problem. Only one thing annoyed us - the lighting in our room was slightly too dim to read comfortably by at night.
