A bit pricey (but isn't everything in NYC?) ... small ... besides those everything else is fantastic. 5 min walk from Times Square but it's on a quiet (relatively) street so late at night you may occasionally hear a truck zooming by, but the rest of the time it's quite (Last time we stayed at the Hilton next to New Amsterdam Theater and got a headache from the noise for days afterward). The room is small but very clean (they have house keeping only once a week though) with a kitchen, frig, etc. everything for a long stay. Definitely come back to this hotel!
Oh, they got free laundry on the basement, that's a huge plus!

We are just back from a ten night stay at holiday inn long island city, we hot married in nyc, and we would definitely stay here again. It really does have a manhattan view without the manhattan prices, its a two min walk from the subway and manhattan is 2 stops away.
Clean rooms, spacious, great front desk staff who are always more than happy to help with directions, requests and ordering taxis etc
We would definitely recommend and will stay here on our next trip to nyc!

Pleasantly surprised. I've stayed in many hotels over the years in New York and these rooms were by far the biggest. Very clean and comfortable and nice location close to Columbus Circle and Central Park. I will stay there next time too.
Less than 1 mile from Carnegie Hall and Central Park, this Midtown New York hotel is also 2 miles from the Empire State Building.More
