"Business hotel, conveniently located"
Was in Tokyo for an exhibition. Rooms in Japan are always on the small side, so no problem with my room being a little 'dinky'. Breakfast ok, but found a small place to eat just off the rear entrance to the hotel and that was great. Relatively inexpensive, very friendly and liked eating where the locals eat themselves.

"Nice location"
The hotel is well located, within 5 minutes walk from three METRO stations. Favorite spots like Ueno, Akihabara, Shinjuku, Ginza, Akusaksa, etc. are only several stops away. The train also leads to Narita or Haneda airports. The problems are that the rooms are bit small and the only lift is also small. Buffet breakfast is affordable, but offers little choices.

"Great hotel, but uncomfortable distance from train"
When in Japan, the distance from the closest metro/train station is extremely important for a hotel. If you're a tourist you'll be walking between 5-10 miles a day, and unless you are a well seasoned walker, the blisters will start to set in after about a week. Depending on traffic and how fast you walk, it's a 7-10 minute walk to the train station. There is supposed to be a bus, but it never came during my stay. A cab drive to the train station was 1100 yen for me, so you'll have to decide if you are willing to pay that much for nights when you are too tired to walk back. The hotel rooms are very clean, and all toiletries are renewed daily, so don't worry if you forgot something. The staff didn't speak very much English, but I bridged that gap with the Google Translate app on my Android. I don't recommend getting a package with breakfasts. It's extremely limited, and none of the options are western-style, unlike another APA hotel I've stayed at. There are times when you want a Japanese style breakfast, but there will also be times when you want something simple. I suggest just getting a breakfast on or at your destination that day.

Pocket Guide: Tokyo Nihonbashi 3 stars APA Hotels

Just north of Ginza, this financial area was named after its bridge, which has been the mile-zero marker for Japan’s national highway network throughout the centuries. Once home to Japan’s first department store, the neighborhood’s more recent contribution to the retail market is a five-story center devoted to shops, cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket.
