My husband and I were invited to a Halloween party and decided to stay in a hotel for the night so that we didn't
have to drive home. We saw this hotel on Expedia and decided that we would like to try this quirky, little place. The hotel is a historic building that has been turned into this cool, eccentric hotel. We loved it. It was very clean and the staff was unbelievably helpful and kind. We stayed in the all white room called the double and loved it. We both enjoyed how different this place is. The only downfall was that not all rooms have a private bathroom and we had to share with other guests. Being older this was an inconvenience for both of us because we both get up many times throughout the night. We will return to stay again, but will make sure we choose one of the rooms with its own bathroom.

WE ENJOYED THIS HOTEL VERY MUCH EVEN THOUGH IT WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND WE WERE NOT AWARE OF THAT WHEN WE MADE OUR RESERVATIONS. HOWEVER THE STAFF WENT OVERBOARD TO MAKE SURE WE WERE TAKEN CARE OF. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND FRESH, THE OCEAN VIEW WAS AMAZING, BEDS AND BATHS WERE TERRIFIC AND WE DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE. A BIT PRICEY FROM WHAT WE'RE USED TO BUT WELL WORTH IT. WOULD LOVE TO STAY AGAIN.

With large rooms, a comfortable bed, a sink outside the bathroom (great when two are trying to get ready at the same time) and a lounge chair with electrical outlets that doubles as a work space, the hotel is a real price performer. The commom areas are all well designed and clean, as is the pool. Plenty of towels available at the pool. My only suggestions would be to have more electrical outlets next to the beds so you can charge your phone next to you while you sleep, and a more comfortable mattress on the sofa bed that my kids used. But overall, a fantastic value. We will be back!

I come back to this hotel every year when I go to the Chris Evert Celebrity Tennis Event just down the street from the hotel. It's close to the main avenue of restaurants & shopping. Plus not that far from the beach, it's even walkable. One of the staff even recognized me from last year, which was pretty surprising but was cool. The beds are comfortable & the rooms are pretty big.
I will continue to stay there as long as I go the the Tennis Event
