I went there hoping for a nice stay but hesitant regarding the parking and valet service. I left with a great experience and a place I would visit again. The staff was great and the amenities were awesome. Can't wait to go back!
Great hotel for a couple, but the studio layout would be inappropriate for a family.

Was very pleased by staff and the wonderful service. Right from the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed. The staff were very helpful with any and all questions. Absolutely loved the room layout, perfect for a couple nights stay.

Very comfy, nice staff. We stopped on the way to Cincinnati for thanksgiving, arrived late at night starving. They have a 24 menu but no room service. The food was delicious, seriously wow! I didn't expect it to surprise me like that, you must try it if you ever stay at Hyatt Place. I think it's a great concept hotel for all kinds of travelers. Very close to downtown, walking distance to Andy Warhol Museum and lots of restaurants. It's right next to a highway bridge but the rooms are quiet. Ample parking was only $9 if it was free it would be the perfect hotel. Breakfast was good, you get some warm sandwiches and waffles, fresh fruit, oatmeal and cereal, not a lot of variety but good enough to get you going.
