"Gorgeous View!"
Great hotel in very small town of Praiano which is about halfway between Positano and Amalfi. Get rooms 203, 204 or 205 as these have a nice balcony with great views.

"Excellent hotel in beautiful surroundings"
Staff were excellent couldn't do enough for you. Hotel was bright, airy and clean. You need to be able to manage steep steps and paths to access the beach, however the hotel run a minibus to take you to beach. Definitely recommend to anyone, I think the hotel is in the nicest area of the Amalfi coast line.

"Good place for all ages."
Praiano is a small place in Napoli and public transport is very easy to come by. The area is close to many places, eg. 20 minutes to Amalfi by bus, whilst Sorento is an hour away passing Positano. However, these buses are not always on time but are available frequently throughout the day. The hotel was small but very clean. Despite being run and managed by a family of three man, it was managed well. The breakfast was served generously. The concave beach is within 5 minute walking distance and there are restaurants close by. It was good to experience the local lifestyle as we climbed - what seemed to be - hundred of steps to get to the local supermarket and the people in Praiano are helpful. I would recommend the place for a simple, chilled holiday and I would definately revisit Praiano in the future.

"Beautiful serene views of the Amalfi Coast"
This hotel is very beautiful and perfect if you are looking for somewhere quiet to relax and enjoy some breathtaking scenery. The grounds for the hotel are overflowing with lemon trees, and flowers, and luscious scents of spring in bloom. Think of a natural flower garden cascading down the rocks down to the turquoise sea, and that is what you will find here. It is a quaint hotel, where they take care of their guests well-and seem to know there whereabouts. I felt like they looked after us. One night we came home late, and a path was lit to our room. That could have been very strategically placed motion sensors, but regardless-I certainly appreciated it. One thing to keep in mind that staying on the coast like this, will cost a small price every day if you happen to leave your room. There are multiple stairs, but the beautiful garden along the path should be enough to let you ignore the burning in your leg muscles. The menu is gourmet, and they seem to put a lot of care into the food that they serve. They keep your room immaculate. I could have sworn that every time we came back to our room, due to the smell, it must have been cleaned within 5 minutes. You never know if you will be safe in another country, but I definitely felt safe. I even noticed that the car parked right next to us had their ipad on their seat with the window down. That eased the fears I had about theft in Italy. The owner and his father are wonderful and cheerful.

"Nice friendly family run hotel."
All of the staff were very helpful, especially in helping us organise a return journey to the airport and providing information about places to eat etc. The roof terrace is definitely the main feature of the hotel and we spent a few lazy afternoons enjoying the beautiful sunsets with a cocktail or two. The only down point for us was that our room was a little noisy, as we were on the first floor near to the lift. Next time I would request a room on the second floor, away from the lift. Praiano is a great little town too, much better than overcrowded Positano.

"Quite hotel with great view."
We were looking for quite accommodation with good outlook on the Amalfi Coastline and Hotel Torre Saracena fitted the bill. It was on recommendation from our son who had stayed there last year. The duty day manager Louisa was extremely helpful when my wife was ill and bedridden for a day and also on advising an alternative to catching the ferry to Capri when we missed the SITA bus going to Amalfi.

"Wonderful family run hotel"
This is a wonderful family run hotel, with great rooms and facilities, but also friendly loverly staff. The room was comfortable, bathroom and shower were great. On arrival the staff gave us a map, and gave us directions to the Beach, to the path of the gods, and the pizzeria up the road. Their restaurant was shut for the season, but the pizzeria was great. 15 min walk to Praiano beach, 5 mins to SITA bus stop 9, and 5 mins to start of Praiano Path of the gods route. The Path of the goods was amazing. Breakfast was a buffet and was very nice, with lots of options, and could be eaten on the terrace overlooking the sea, and sunrise. Front desk can sell you SITA bus tickets which was very helpful, and organise to drop you to the bus stop with your bags.

Pocket Guide: Amalfi Coast Praiano 3 stars Hotels

Once an ancient fishing village, today Praiano is a prestigious seaside resort. Swimming, sunbathing, and boating are popular activities here, though the Church of Saint Luke the Evangelist, which also holds this saint's remains, is worth visiting. Within the church are fine paintings by Giovanni Bernardo Lama (including the Madonna with Child) and a silver bust of the saint, dated 1694.
