My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel from 1st-6th December 14 and it was just lovely. Cosy clean and modern room with ample space and facilities. It said there were 400 channels on the TV when there were probably about 5 - though who needs TV channels when you're in Iceland! If you stay here make sure to find out which building you are in before booking tours or transfers as we booked a standard double room in "reykjavik residence suites" at number 21 however when we arrived we were actually at "reykjavik residence hotel" which is number 45 (number 21 is just if you book a suite). An easy walk just causes some confusion when being collected for tours etc. The staff were always very friendly and helpful, especially with communicating with their other hotel in these instances. We paid a little extra to upgrade to bed and breakfast and the amount/selection you get is incredible! We had breakfast and lunch from it with food to spare. I would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent 3 night stay at the OK Hotel, right in the centre of Reyjavik. Comfy, clean, spacious apartment worked well for 3 of us, with good restaurants nearby, including a Korean one beneath. If you want to be right in the heart of the city in a trendy apartment this is a great place to stay!

Great hotel, close to all, top notch staff, allowed us to check in early (flight arrived at 630 am). Two bus stations within 10 min, really got water, be careful, I really meat HOT! So hot you can't touch the fixture after the water runs as it heats up to extreme temps. Be careful. Total experience was top notch, great city, great country, great people and hotel.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, situated in downtown Reykjavik. It faces a beautiful church and sits next to the parliament building. It was immaculately clean and the staff were absolutely wonderful! We are so glad we chose this place over a larger hotel chain such as the Hilton. The bar downstairs and restaurant next door were also outstanding! We were very sad to leave...I could have stayed there forever.

The hotel is close to airport and a quick email to the management and they arranged pick up at no cost this would not happen in uk.The staff were extremely helpful car hire was organised with just a walk to reception less than 5 mins and we were mobile. We will return in the summer same hotel if we can get the dates we need. Cannot fault this place at all, great price and central to main attractions. Please don't tell too many people about it.
