Although this is an older resort it was well maintained and clean. The staff was exceptional and friendly. There was a variety of food at the buffet that catered to every taste -food was tasty and fresh. The bar service was great and they did not scrimp on the drinks. On the resort there was 4 beach areas that were small bays created by break waters. This created areas for playing in the water that were protected and calmer which was perfect for those who arent strong swimmers or are afraid of water. Overall a relaxing enjoyable stay.

This was my second time to the island. It was a short 3 day stay for the festival. On arrival I had a private check-in due to my Gold status which was new to me. My room was cosy, quiet and clean. The hotel design is conducive to relaxing and the facility is impeccably maintained . There are various restaurants the cater to different food tastes with polite, well trained staff members.I'd like to say special thanks to Mrs. L Joseph-Campbell and her staff for their service and attention to detail, this made my stay even better. I will definitely return to this hotel and recommend to friends.

Nice private hotel near Ocho Rios. The staff make you feel like you are a part of their family. Andre and Michelle at the front desk are great. I was traveling alone and didnt feel at all scared or lonely!!!

If you're looking for a vacation where you actually get to relax and enjoy yourself, this is the place to do it.
The staff is amazing and our nanny is like another member of our family. She was with our two small children 9-4:40pm and then after that for us to enjoy an adult dinner. The hotel itself a little run down, however, they are constantly maintaining it- renovating rooms, landscaping, etc. We got a 2 bed, 2.5 bath two story room- it was fantastic for our family- highly recommend it. We loved how small the hotel was- you ended up meeting a bunch of families, knowing the staff, and felt safe with your kids around the hotel without you. We always felt that someone had an eye on our kids, even with us there.
The food is average for an all-inclusive, but there are adult only restaurants and they change food options each night (jamaican, italian, etc) The buffet was my sons favorite part. Lots of choices for him (even healthy ones! veggies, fruit, smoothies, yogurt, along with the standard kid favorites)
The beach is small but perfect for little kids. There are a few pool options for everyone (including Big Blue!), and there are activities scheduled every day for kids and adults. We did not leave the resort, but there are excursions every day.
We were so sad to come home because we had the best time! This will be our yearly vacation. It is perfect for families.
