Stayed at the Coppede for four nights while on a visiting trip in Rome. The hotel is clean and well staffed with courteous people. The Restaurant and cafe next door provide excellent food and beverages nearby with courteous and professional staff. The only problem is the lack of an elevator on the hotel which is ok in my case but which may be a setback for aged and sick couples who have to walk up many flight of stairs . I merely saw it as an joyful exercise.

This hotel is a real find. It is in off one of the most beautiful roads in Rome (Via Tagliamento) and is easily accessabile into the centre. Bus 92 takes you straight to Termini where you can pick up an open top bus that will show you the sights. The actual rooms are wonderful - very modern and new with really comfortable beds and everything else you may need. The breakfast was excellent and had delicious pastries and cereal and ham and cheeses, wonderful juice and coffee. I would head straight back here again! I hope it will be soon!

Upon my arrival, I thought uh oh! The hotel is on the 3rd floor of a "non hotel" building in the middle of a block with 3 steps to an old fashioned cage elevator. Don't let that fool you. Upon arrival on the hotel floor, the reception area was pleasant and inviting...the breakfast area neat and functional and the room VERY spacious and well appointed. The bath was a decent size and the room was more than acceptable with a separate sitting area facing the triple windows. The staff was extremely nice. On each trip to Rome I try to find a new hotel to share. This one was within walking distance from the train station and even better, a 3 stop bus ride on 2 lines to Piazza Barberini (at Via Veneto). Overall a clean nice little hotel with lovely staff. A definite recommend!

I wanted to stay in a Rome style Hotel, wasnt looking for a brand name hotel and was going for 7 days so looking for good deal. The MF Hotel was perfect. The breakfast in bed every morning was great. Crossant, cappicino, bread, crackers and the best tangrine juice every had. The shower was a little small but I figured it would be, The room was very roomy and not that far from everything you want to see in Rome. We made the mistake and tried to walk everything but found out we were little less then a mile from the subway, so got a pass and used that. Also taxes for the 6 days was only 24 euros i think
Would highly recommened this place
