"Great staff and quiet room!"
Elmer made the place! Everyone was nice but he was so helpful and great to talk to at breakfast. This was the most quiet room we had in Italy. The room was a bit small but we had room for three and didn't mind. It had a nice big television and great coffee machine in the room. The free wireless internet worked well too.

"Great wee hotel in a quiet area"
We really enjoyed our stay in this reasonably priced hotel. It's in a quiet area (allowing you to have a good nights sleep uninterupted by Rome's constant traffic noise!) but within walking distance of most of the main sites. It's about 10/15 mins walk to the train station. We went in December and the room was warm and comfortable. And very clean. Staff very friendly and spoke English. The breakfast was fine - set us up for sightseeing. Lots of great restaurants roundabout; reasonably priced and mostly frequented by locals. One of the bonuses of being a bit out from the main tourist areas. Would highly recommend a stay here.

I stayed here once before several years past, I like the location and it feels fitting for Rome that the hotel is attached to a church. All is well during one's stay.

"Excellent value for money"
Ariosto is very decent bed & breakfast on an excellent location in the very center of Rome, for a price that cannot be beaten, especially if you prebook and pre-pay. I stayed there with family for a week, and was perfectly OK. If you ask nicely, owner will go out of his way to help with any needs and problems (transportation, supply, advice). I realise that others had different experiences, but speaking only for myself (and my family) I was perfectly happy with my stay especially considering value for money, in one of the most expensive cities in the world for the tourist.
