Excellent location within a walking distance of most Seattle's attractions; original interior design that sets Max apart from conventional "industrial" chain hotels; popular restaurant in the ground floor - that makes a charming place to stay for a business/leisure traveller. I would definitely choose to stay at Max during my next trip.

The Roosevelt, a Coast Hotel

1531 7th Ave, Seattle 98101 - Map

"Meetings in Bellevue, staying down town"
The Roosevelt is same price as your average Springhill Suites or Courtyard Marriott but better beds and sheets and location. I usually rent a car on business in Seattle but this time I used Uber to get downtown to Bellevue and the airport train to get to the West station which is two blocks from the Roosevelt - that saved enough cash to almost pay for one of my two nights stay. Staff was friendly but invisible, the restaurant was closed for renovations but there was plenty of other choices around including Starbucks across the street. You can rate a hotel by whether or not you can get any work done there and here the net was fast and it was a good place to work when not moving around for meetings. I will go back here.

Downtown location. Walking distance to Pikes place Market. Staff went the extra mile to help with every request. After reading an extremely critical review I was hesitant to book at the Warwick. I am happy I did!

"Nice old fashioned hotel"
A beautiful old-world lobby bar is one of the first things you notice. Also the first rate, cozy, attractive and extremely good restaurant situated within the hotel. We were first offered a sub-par room (facing an airwell, no tub) but asked nicely for something with a tub and were moved up to a higher floor in a larger room at only a slightly higher per night fee (which was later waived, although we were okay with the increased rate). Our new room had two doubles and an old-fashioned bath, with tub, tile floor, ceramic sink - you won't find any marble here, but you will find spacious rooms, nice furnishings, and a pleasant staff. The workout room is tiny, just stairmasters and treadmills and a few weights, but the convenient location, the great bar and restaurant are the reasons to stay here.

"Wonderful boutique hotel!"
My room was one of the suites and was very large. It was nice to feel like returning to living quarters instead of just a room. I liked the added touches like the lamps and live plants.

"Really great experience!"
We had a great experience at this hotel! The hotel staff was helpful, and friendly. Our room was on the 34th floor with a cool view of the Space Needle which was really great as well. The hotel was very clean, updated, with a nice modern feel. I would definitely go back!
