"Nice hotel close to Seattle Center."
This was an excellent place to stay close to Seattle Center, which is just two blocks away. Convenient (with a Starbucks inside the facility). Small kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and sink (no utensils or dishes or detergent). Also close to an upscale grocery market and restaurants.

"AVERAGE HOTEL---GREAT LOCATION"
Despite some improvements, the hotel still shows its age. The rooms are small with almost no area to sit (one chair and a small ottoman). The bathroom is small, but functional. The Staff, however, is exceedingly helpful. Living up to its name, the hotel not only has wi-fi, but also a computer linked to a printer---makes booking in for your flights easy. The location, right across from the beautiful library (worth a visit), is excellent. Pike Place Market is a short walk away. If you want to miss most of the hills when you visit the Market, go down 3rd Avenue and turn left on Pike Street.

"Large rooms, great location"
Staff at the front desk were really friendly and helpful. Wonderful customer service. The location of the hotel is awesome and within walking distance to shopping, pike place market, restaurants and bars. There is a Starbucks on the corner. Easy access to the highway. Parking is costly - $40 for the night, however you have in and out privileges. Beds were comfy. Couple of hairs in the bathroom sink kind of grossed me out. Rooms are spacious and have large windows. Would stay here again.

"Great Hotel in the Heart of Downtown Seattle!"
My sister and I stayed here to see a show in Seattle. It was the perfect location - close to food, shopping, and entertainment. We felt safe, the hotel was clean and stylish, the staff were courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to stay downtown Seattle! I will definitely go back there if I need to stay downtown Seattle again! Oh, and I almost forgot the mention the Dragonfish Cafe that is attached is also a nice plus!

Wonderful quaint boutique hotel. Warm, friendly a d welcoming staff. Most comfortable beds ever experienced in a hotel. Great amenities and awesome little cupcakes in the afternoon. Didn't get to take out the wild bicycles but will try and take advantage of them when we return.

"Close to Pike St"
We enjoyed a pleasant stay overnight for the Neil Diamond concert - centrally located on 6th Ave. I had to fasten the peephole back onto the door when we arrived, using the keycard while I twisted the front of the peephole. Restaurant was quiet and we ordered food to go (after concert). Parking is highly priced (37/night).

"Nice but overpriced"
Hotel was ok, but way over priced. We were put into a ground floor with no view and had to pay extra for parking. For $230 for one night, we expected a little bit better accommodations and parking should have been included. A fridge would have been nice for that price and the Wi-Fi was so terrible you couldn't even use it.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the little restaurant was good. We liked being close to Lake Union and downtown. The trolley is close. Would certainly stay there again.

"great people could be cleaner"
Great service and staff. Nice room however had a couple of spots which looked like blood on shower mat/carpet and found an old Breathe Rite nasal strip stuck to the underside of the duvet comforter. As there was no top sheet (single fitted sheet and comforter only) we were a bit leery of sleeping under it after pulling the plastic strip off. May give them a second chance due to nice secured parking and great staff.
