"Nice, but new...needs time to settle in."
A great looking hotel, 10/10 on decor. It's apparently brand new, though, so not all the operational kinks have been worked out just yet. To wit, the automatic door is too close to the front desk, so it's constantly opening and closing as you stand there waiting to check in/out; the complimentary coffee/lemon water station was out of cups as often as not; they kept forgetting to turn the light on in the sundries store; the short-term luggage storage process needs refining; the bar doesn't open until 4, so if you're early for check-in (which is at 4), you're SOL for food/drink as the hotel is in an area that's currently being built, so there are NO other options for those items close by; the elevator/room card is a "reader" (ie, you wave it past a screen rather than insert it into anything), and it "takes" about 50% of the time, resulting in a lot of frustrated waving back and forth; the dining room lacks signage indicating the process (ie, "Be seated and a waitress will take your drink order, THEN help yourself to the buffet"). All of that said, the staff were very nice and professional. This will be a great hotel once it settles in.

"In the Heart of Seattle"
We had a great stay at the Hilton Seattle. The staff was friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the free happy hour (drinks and appies) and the free breakfast! We would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to our friends and family.

"Our weekend base"
This hotel served as our base for a family wedding. The location is wonderful. Great for walking. Swimming beach right across the street on lake union. Sea planes and boats are wonderful eye candy. Restaurants are close by and easy to walk to. Seattle Center is about 15 min walk and Pike Place market and the Elliot Bay water front are about 30-40 walk or a short Uber ride.

"Quiet and convenient to UW."
This hotel was very quiet, and is tucked away in a beautiful setting. Although the place is a bit old, it was clean and very convenient to the UW students we were visiting.

"Nice suites but poor housekeeping"
My family (2 young girls) needed a place to stay while finishing our wood floors. The suites were nice, and I was very pleased to be greeted by Front Desk team with a "Go Hawks!" (I was wearing a Seahawks tee). The rooms and general facilities were nice, but the stay was really let down by simple things. Four people in a room means you need 4 towels, but housekeeping consistently left 3 (How many days in a row do you need to go to front desk to ask for towels??.... answer is all 4 days of your stay!). And running out of toilet tissue and hand soap is just ridiculous for a hotel at this price. Also, the A/C would freeze the front room with very little air flowing to the back bedroom. Not a problem in Seattle for most days, but close proximity to the Interstate means car noise all night with the windows open.
