This hotel is one of the newest business hotel in Gangnam area. The subway station and the main road are nearby. It's a great location if you're on business or holiday. Friendly staff makes my stay very pleasant. The breakfast was nice, I would definitely recommend this hotel to my business clients.

No coin laundry was available. I had to use expensive laundry service they offered. Room itself was okay but smaller than I thought. Staff at the front desk was most friendly compared to other residence with similar price.

The Hotel was clean, and convenient to the subway. One unusual thing was the room had temperature control knob on the wall only labeled in Korean. However, after consulting the hotel booklet in the room, it gave directions for using this, which was to control the hot water boiler temperature. I would recommend this hotel again and had a good rate

Hotel is located in the heart of Seocho-gu, a university and business district with lots of 24 hour convenience stores in the area and several 24 hour restaurants a short walk away. There is a subway entrance 1.5 blocks away. The hotel is located on a small side street and not known to many locals but taxi drivers have GPS and can drive you to the hotel.
Front desk are extremely helpful and welcoming and English was spoken fluently. The rooms are very, very well kept, clean and the wifi is strong. Great for a quick overnight and seems great for a longer stay as well.

Everyone at the hotel was exemplary in service; polite, helpful, accomodating, kind and patient. There were enough English speakers to meet our needs.
The cleanliness was outstanding; everything in public spaces was polished every day. The atmosphere inside and outside the hotel was lovely and our room was extremely comfortable and well fitted. But, bring your own shampoo.
It is out of the way from the parts of Seoul that are most interesting to tourists, but is in walking distance of a large shopping mall and restaurants. Eating at the nearby restaurants is much less expensive than eating in the hotel. Be aware that there is a less expensive place to eat in the hotel other than the dining room, which is quite expensive.
Also, taxis are inexpensive, the subways are great and the shuttle is accomodating, so it is not difficult to get elsewhere.
Although we were under the impression that the hotel had a swimming pool, the pool does not belong to the hotel and requires an entrance fee.
We enjoyed being there and would stay there again.
