Flamingo Beach Resort was absolutely perfect. All the staff and management went out of their way everyday to make sure that all of our needs were meet. We were greeted every moment with a smile, lots of energy and laughter. The hotel shuttle from property to property was very helpful too.
I would definitely recommend Flamingo Beach Resort to family and friends and I hope to be back next year to visit again.

This was our second visit to the Royal Palm Beach Resort. Hurricane Gonzalo hit the island our second night as a Category II. Hotel had backup generators that held up on our end of the hotel all night (other end lost power for about 20 minutes or so). While most rooms had water damage from rain coming in the windows, housekeeping was ready the next morning to assist us.
The resort's staff are all very friendly and there to assist you with anything you need. Ram is a great 'greeter' at the front entrance and Leo was a wealth of information in the restaurant/bar on where to dine off-site etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our second visit and plan to return again in the future.

The hotel is well situated, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the beach is walking distance away, so is the Blue Mall. There is some need of renovation but this does not affect the overall satisfaction of the stay.

My husband and I just returned from a four-night stay at Azure in SXM. This property is absolutely beautiful. You walk out of your room and within 10 steps your feet are on the sand. The view of the Caribbean is stunning - gorgeous turquoise water, sailboats in the distance, absolute peace! The room itself was perfect...comfy king-sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, dining table and chairs, A/C, satellite tv (which we watched very little as the view was tv enough!). The courtyard area was lovely - flowering trees and plants and really cool turtles. The owner (Mike) was very knowledgeable about the island and gave us a list of things to do and places to eat. Very helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Azure and are planning a return trip soon. HIGHLY recommended!

We were greet, registered and personally escorted to our room which was cute, quaint and spotlessly clean. Slightly out-dated decor but the personalized attention you will receive from the staff and the gorgeous beach cause any tiny imperfections to pale in comparison. A lovely restaurant and fun bar are on the premises as well.
