Easy check in great staff, we did not eat at the Hotel but they had cookies and fruit at the check in desk. Clean, learn about the the bed as we did and set them to what comfort you like and it will make a great stay!

Hotel is relatively new and is kept in great shape. No included breakfast which was not important to me. Front staff and cleaning staff were excellent. My big three needs were all met: Great aggressive shower with lots of room, pillow top bed with firmness to the edges, and free Internet. Enjoyed my stay.

We stayed in one of the studio Casitas which is a very spacious one bedroom studio with attached garage. The view was incredible. Waking to the sun lighting up the red mountains off in the distance or the sun reflecting off the pond beyond the patio in the evening made it tempting to never leave the patio. The interior was nicely furnished, everything was top of the line except the TV was an older rear projection model.
The facilities include golf, restaurant/clubhouse, tennis, pickle ball, swimming pool, salon, and a full gym with classes ranging from Pilates to spin.
Late night walks under the full moon were a great way to end the day and so relaxing since I felt safe within the gated community. I was pleasantly surprised to see the Tuacahn fireworks on one of my walks.

The lobby was nice and clean that I thought I got to the wrong hotel (I expected less for the price range). The staff was swift and friendly. Though they didn't serve breakfast they gave you 10% off for the Wildcat Cafe (home of the famous Bumbleberry Pie).
The room is a little dated but really clean. There is no harsh chemical smell like other hotel. Every room has a big glass sliding door to access the back which has a nice view of the Watchman. They even put 2 chairs and a small table so you can sit back and enjoy the view. If you stay on the ground level, then you can park on the back of your room porch and it's really convenience.
The room has a microwave, refrigerator (which is really cold btw), hair dryer, coffee maker, LCD tv and DVD player which you can check out some movie in the lobby. We stayed at room 108 so the internet was not working (free WIFI). It was out of range, but I could get some signal in the hallway. Soap, shampoo and conditioner provided are natural and organic although they are made in China. There is also a Sol Supermarket near by where you can purchase almost everything from groceries to hiking gears.
Overall, I love the view and the location of the hotel. I didn't check out the pool but it looked really nice and modern. I've talked with several guests and they are all surprised how nice the hotel turns out to be. It's a great place to stay in Springdale and I already plan to rebook this place for my upcoming trip.
